After more than 20 years as an expert in training engineering, pedagogy, and specializing in people support within a public company, I became a certified coach in 2014.

To make my experience and skills available to individuals and companies, I decided to create a company specializing in supporting individuals (professional coaching and life coaching) and in training consulting.

For companies, the experts who will intervene are field professionals who will provide you with immediately operational advice and solutions. They operate in France, directly within your company, and follow a five-step process:
