I held the position of 3D animation lead, with complete responsibility for animation projects — from pre-production to delivery. I directed several productions from start to finish, ensuring visual quality, artistic consistency, and adherence to deadlines, while maintaining a flexible approach according to client needs.

I also played a central role in the evolution of the studio's pipeline: I supported the transition from 3ds Max to Blender, developed scripts to automate certain tasks and streamline exchanges between software, and wrote internal guides to train the teams. This experience allowed me to consolidate my mastery of the 3D pipeline as a whole, while developing efficient and adaptable working methods — skills that I now offer you.

On the second season of Mush-Mush et les Champotes, I was an animator and style lead, after having already been a driving force on the first season. I was called back to convey the specificities of the series' animation style and train the existing team, in order to ensure visual and rhythmic continuity faithful to the universe.

At Xilam, I had the opportunity to join an animation team composed of true industry veterans, many of whom came from traditional 2D. Working alongside them was a very formative experience: I honed my sense of rhythm, posing, and intention.
