    CONTEXT:
    International program for redesigning critical business software (orders, billing, logistics, inventory) involving about a dozen countries and around 80 stakeholders.
    In the final phase of the program, teams are rapidly doubling in size without changes to the coordination model, in a context of high operational pressure, heterogeneous practices, and low organizational capacity for structural changes.

    MAIN ACTIONS:
