Agile, I adapt to challenges to provide effective support and solve my clients' problems.

I rely on an initial listening and analysis phase to understand the challenges and points of resistance. I then co-construct a strategy with my clients to boost their performance and can support them in its implementation.

After more than 25 years managing various entities (companies, professional associations, sports federations...), I have gathered numerous skills that have led me to:

- Develop strategic orientations across several dimensions (communication, business development, influence...),

- Create, lead, and develop networks,

- Manage cross-functional teams,

- Establish budgets and monitor financial statements,

- Oversee the digitalization of an entity,

- Negotiate and manage partnerships/sponsorships,

- Optimize organizations and procedures...

In each case, I embraced the challenges of the sectors in which I had the opportunity to work (tourism, real estate, construction, health, education and research, sports, diversity and inclusion...) to bring greater efficiency to the development and coordination of the projects entrusted to me:

- Creation and development of businesses,

- Sales strategy for several companies (product and service selection, adapted communication, sales approach, back office management...)

- Consulting for members, companies of all sizes, to help them develop successfully,

- Overhaul of the strategy of a sports federation (reason for being, graphic charter, talking points, procedures...)
