This metamorphosis requires constant monitoring of financial indicators in a context where each decision translates into millions of euros in turnover.

FIPP – Data & Reporting

Aware of the issues surrounding exchanges with its public and private partners, the financial department has organized itself into a community to bring together business and IT players and accelerate the provision of new tools. My intervention focused on the production of Qliksense dashboards for several departments including procurement, Business Control and Cost Control.

HERMES Project

The weekly Management Meeting is an opportunity for Rodolphe SAADE, Head of the CMA CGM group, to discuss key performance indicators with department directors and agency managers. HERMES is a platform for collecting and producing documents used during MMs. The aging of certain components led to the redesign of the tool and its migration to the AWS Cloud.

As Data & Reporting Project Manager, my tasks were to:

Lead project committees and report progress at steering committees

Facilitate administrative procedures for project team members

Organize resources and optimize schedules

Collect, formalize and organize business needs

Present these needs at technical meetings and workshops

Test developments before key users

A subsidiary of the Nexity real estate group, Accessite specializes in the valuation of commercial assets on behalf of third parties. Its clients entrust it with rental, property or operating management assignments for premises and shopping centers throughout France. Accessite has the ambition to become a leading player in defining the commerce of tomorrow.

Diamond Program

The delegation of management from commercial property owners to Accessite requires feedback on the actions taken on the assets entrusted. As part of the digital master plan defined in 2020, the Diamond program consists of industrializing and automating reports for clients and internal services.

As Data Manager, my tasks were to:

Define the reporting solution in line with Accessite's overall strategy

Draft the call for tenders for the implementation of the future BI platform and its evolutions

Select service providers capable of implementing future projects around the BI platform

Contractualize and maintain the client/supplier relationship with the selected companies

Manage the execution of work and budgets allocated to the Diamond program

Test and validate the proper functioning of the BI platform

Collect, formalize and organize specific business/client needs

Develop flows, databases, semantic layers and final reports

Structure the BI service and the catalog of standardized reports

Organize BI governance with members of the Management Committee

Ensure technological monitoring around data processing

Imagine BI Project

As a BI project manager, my tasks were to:

- Frame the project and define the solution architecture

- Gather reporting needs from all business departments of the Agency

- Initiate technical projects with dematerialization actors

BI Expertise

As reporting manager, my tasks were to:

- Organize the MCO activity of the DWH and the BO 3.1 platform

- Respond to the strategic and operational information needs of the entire Agency

- Organize and test the migration of the BO 3.1 platform to SAP BI 4.2

- Implement and document the security redesign

- Administer the SAP platforms and organize ancillary technical projects
