This metamorphosis requires constant monitoring of financial indicators in a context where each decision translates into millions of euros in turnover.
    FIPP – Data & Reporting
    Aware of the issues surrounding exchanges with its public and private partners, the financial department has organized itself into a community to bring together business and IT players and accelerate the provision of new tools. My intervention focused on the production of Qliksense dashboards for several departments including procurement, Business Control and Cost Control.
    HERMES Project
    The weekly Management Meeting is an opportunity for Rodolphe SAADE, Head of the CMA CGM group, to discuss key performance indicators with department directors and agency managers. HERMES is a platform for collecting and producing documents used during MMs. The aging of certain components led to the redesign of the tool and its migration to the AWS Cloud.
