As part of the DINUM's digital suite, I joined the Docs development team for six months as a backend developer. This is an open-source collaborative editor positioned as a sovereign alternative to Notion or Google Docs.

My contributions were organized around two main areas:

As part of the DINUM's service operator, I took over and continued the development of Sites Conformes (formerly Sites faciles), a CMS based on Wagtail that allows the integration of the State Design System (DSFR). This enables administrations to easily create a website without needing to hire external providers.

Since I joined, I have made all the DSFR components available in the content editing interface, allowed simple configuration of website headers and footers, and implemented internationalization.

I also worked on improving the tool's compliance with accessibility and security standards, and managed the hosting of approximately 60 websites created with this tool.

As part of this mission, I also continued the maintenance of the Python Django-DSFR library, which I created in 2020 and which is used by many sites to integrate the DSFR into sites developed in Django. It is an essential dependency for Sites Conformes. I also created a tool for installing and managing updates of Sites Conformes in SAAS.

One year after the start of this mission, Sites Faciles and Django-DSFR are the two repositories with the most stars for the DINUM organization (numerique-gouv)

As part of the Beta.gouv.fr program, I joined the development team of the Aides-territoires platform as an independent developer in February 2022.

Since I joined, I have worked on implementing several features, such as a map of aid programs, a PDF export tool for projects, improving the registration form, the ability to delete one's account (to comply with GDPR), and integrating the State design system.

I also worked on improving the site's compliance with accessibility and security standards to prepare for various audits.
