Internship: State of the art and research related to land declarations (D.V.F.) - Communauté d’Agglomération du Grand Montauban - under the supervision of Jonathan Sidgwick

Creation of an atlas of land value declarations for the Grand Montauban area, with complex symbology. Land value declarations are data provided by notaries for any deed that has undergone a financial transaction (sale, auction, inheritance) and constitutes a transfer. The complexity of the data lies in the fact that a transfer can concern several cadastral parcels, and a parcel can contain several transfers (especially for collective housing).
