Swanny Martin

I am an independent consultant specializing in organizational transformation and improving IT department performance. For over 10 years, I have been assisting companies in various sectors (luxury, retail, logistics, public sector, banking, and insurance) with their transformation projects, bridging the gap between business needs, organization, and information systems.

My expertise is structured around five complementary areas: business process optimization and standardization, activity automation using IT tools (ERP, WMS, TMS, Jira, LeanIX...), IT project and application governance, team management, and change management.

During my recent assignments, I have led high-impact transformations: redesign and formalization of business processes, deployment of new tools, governance of international application portfolios, management of multicultural teams, user support, and operational performance improvement. I am involved in both the scoping and target definition phases, as well as in managing the implementation and supporting teams through the adoption of new operating methods.

My approach is based on a simple conviction: successful transformation is first and foremost a transformation that is useful to the business. I combine strong analytical skills, an organizational vision, and a results-oriented culture to design pragmatic solutions, unite teams, and ensure project success.

I speak English and Italian and have often worked in multicultural environments, which I particularly enjoy.
