Managing a team of 32 multi-site employees (France / Mauritius, in-person and remote) with full responsibility for recruitment, training, supervision, and skill development to maximize individual and collective performance. Implementing and deploying agile practices within the organization, including change management, structuring rituals, and individual and collective coaching. Facilitating collaborative workshops to foster cohesion, team engagement, and continuous improvement. Daily coordination of activities, workload management, and project prioritization to ensure deliverable quality, deadline adherence, and alignment with strategic objectives. Close collaboration with managers, cross-functional teams, and management to support global initiatives, streamline communication, harmonize practices, and contribute to the achievement of common goals.

• Design, implementation, and management of organizational transformation strategies combining agility, collaborative leadership, and operational communication. Deployment of structured plans to effectively manage transitions while minimizing risks and maximizing team buy-in.

• Supporting managers and employees at each stage of change to:

• Facilitate rapid and sustainable adoption of new practices and processes.
