Cross-disciplinary between the BBC+ app team and the Datalab platform team. 1) Build the first fully Machine Learning recommendations BBC app. The goal of my team is to reach younger audiences through the automatically curated content. 2) Involved in the Machine Learning platform build by the Datalab team within BBC, leading the implementation of GCP for the first time within BBC. 3) Lead the Machine Learning Principles guideline program in collaboration with editorial, legal and other relevant teams to assure impartiality and ethical consideration within the Machine Learning capabilities.
