Development of a modular Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) for special machinery, enabling easy adaptation and application to other machine types. Communication with external stakeholders for data collection and validation, as well as comprehensive analysis of the collected data. Training of an internal employee for independent execution and updating of the PCF.

Preparation of the first CSRD and EU Taxonomy compliant sustainability report, including correspondence with WPs. Establishment and management of the sustainability department (including Vietnam), onboarding of new team members. First point of contact for the Executive Board and Management in all ESG matters, including implementation of EUDR and SBTi.
