My foundation lies in operational business. As a state-certified business economist and a certified professional for tourism and leisure, I know precisely how demanding the organization of complex processes and high-profile events can be. I applied this experience for over seven years at Sartorius AG. There, I not only managed events, international conferences, and live studio streams for the executive board but quickly realized that the key to success lies in the digitalization and standardization of these processes. It is precisely at this intersection that I found my role: I evolved from a pure coordinator to a project and certified test manager (ISTQB). For Sartorius, I led the complete restructuring and modernization of event and conference organization. I orchestrated the introduction of new, digital event management and room booking systems, created agile test concepts, co-designed the IT infrastructure, and managed cross-functional teams of up to 20 event managers and technicians, as well as around 50 key users. For me, IT systems are not an end in themselves. They must run stably, be data protection compliant, and noticeably simplify the work of end-users. Today, I bring this dual competence as an IT consultant at Monrepos Consulting. Here, I conceptualize and lead modular training courses for SAP Cloud ALM, among other things, to empower consulting teams to efficiently implement best practices in test and requirements management in customer projects. What you can expect from me: I am not a purely theoretical consultant. Through my years of corporate and project experience, I understand the language of operational business units as well as that of IT developers and network administrators. I ensure that your digital transformation projects – whether in the event sector, in PMO, or with system migrations – reach their goals in a structured, quality-assured, and timely manner.
