I'll make sure the phone rings more often or emails with ready-to-buy customers come in. That sounds less sexy, but it pays your bills. I create lead generation strategies for service providers. I ensure that inquiries come in because you are visible online when someone is looking for exactly your service.

In the last nine years, I've gotten to know marketing from both sides. First in a full-service agency, from client advisor to team and department manager. Then as Head of Marketing for a holding company, where I had to explain to the board quarterly whether the budget was worth it.

That shapes you.

For example, you learn when an agency delivers real added value and when it primarily produces pretty reports that look good but don't change the order situation. You see why companies with decent budgets remain invisible: a landing page that doesn't prompt action, Google Ads on the same keywords for a year and a half, or a positioning so unclear that probably not even their own employees could explain why you should buy from them.

Today, I work independently mainly with local service businesses, such as trades, consultants, healthcare providers, engineering firms, and law firms. The common denominator: companies that have a good service but can't shake the feeling that they are underperforming. Most have never thought about systematic lead generation.

My toolbox includes SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content strategy, and brand positioning, which may sound like a "jack of all trades" but is interconnected in practice.
