Management of a large-scale project in the life insurance sector: implementation of an API compliant with the Penelop standard and management of administrative tasks via this API, as well as an operational site for partners and integrators. Several web projects and IT transformation consulting missions.

Project part: Autonomous management of 15 projects simultaneously for key accounts and multi-sectoral clients. Preparation, consulting, training, scenario planning and implementation, monitoring, and customer support. Product part: Feedback and KPI collection, roadmap management, versioning, and product evolution (SaaS Solution). Management part: Daily management of 5 people, sprint planning, individual and collaborative interviews, implementation of agile and efficient processes, team workshop facilitation.

Backend .NET developer in a software development environment focused on business applications and user interfaces.

In a context of creating and evolving complex applications, my mission consisted of designing and developing backend functionalities in C#, in conjunction with graphical interfaces and various user needs.

I worked on integrating technical components such as XML data exchange, MVC architecture, as well as desktop interfaces (WPF and Qt/C++) and modules related to Unity for real-time interactions. I was also involved in improving user experience in collaboration with UX approaches.

I managed code using Git, continuous integration with Jenkins, and dependency management via NuGet, ensuring the stability of deliveries and the quality of deployed versions.

My role contributed to delivering robust, maintainable, and integrated functionalities in multi-technology environments.
