widely across the construction and manufacturing industries. As QA Consultant, responsible for endto-end test automation of complex web workflows and APIs, building and maintaining the automation

framework and integrating it into CI/CD.

GCS Web is a global support portal where users access solution support through features such as case

management, knowledge hubs, tech notes, videos and FAQs. Customer purchase orders raised via

business are shared with the Siebel team, who set up order, agreement and account details; user

credentials, entitlement preferences and a tech-support ID are then generated for the customer to

access GCS
