At GRT Gaz, I was responsible for 10 mobile and tablet applications (front and back). The major projects during my mission were the migration to the AWS cloud, the creation of a new application on methane leakage, and MCO. The team consisted of 7 developers and 3 functional analysts.

- Participation in the framing phases up to the implementation of projects.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily meeting, Grooming, Sprint planning, sprint review, demo and Sprint retrospective, PI Planning

- Support the team in taking ownership of Scrum

- Manage the team (support, development of autonomy)

- Identify and recruit developers and functional analysts

- Monitor team velocity and implement continuous improvement strategies

- Protect the team from external disruptions

- Support POs in defining business needs: story map, road map

- Support the PO in managing the backlog on a daily basis

- Project costing and budget monitoring

- Planning management / reporting to the project director (Gantt chart)

- Facilitation / participation in various committees (Steering, Domain, Architecture)

- Front contact for Business teams (MOA / PO), Technical teams (Architecture / Infrastructure and Cyber) and external partners

- Ensure the company's architecture

- Ensure the quality of deliverables (code quality, cyber, security, performance and maintainability)

- Analysis / support on incidents

- Implementation of a community site on GRT Gaz innovations (CMS)

- Migration of the infrastructure to the AWS cloud

- Monitoring AWS costs and optimizing resources

 Ensure Scrummaster functions:

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily meeting, Grooming, Sprint planning, sprint review, demo and Sprint retrospective

- Ensure compliance with the Scrum framework and the rules defined by the team and by Believe

- Pilot transparently: burndown charts, end-of-project reports, OKR piloting

- Promote multidisciplinarity and collaborate with other Scrum Masters

 Manage the agile team of 4 developers:

- Manage people: evaluate, support, train

- Act as a leader with the team and with the PO and the business

 Pilot the implementation roadmap:

- Maintain the backlog and plan sprints

- Structure team activities, keep implementation commitments

- Communicate with management, the PO and the business

- Contribute to design tasks as the team gains experience

 Ensure the overall coherence of the IS of the business scope:

- Supervise the software architecture in collaboration with the lead dev

- Define technical developments to secure the asset

- Secure code quality

 Implementation of the CI / CD approach

- Methodology for using GitLab (feature branch, merge request)

- Definition of the types of Jenkins jobs to be implemented

- Sonar, Artifactory, Rundeck needs

- Execution environment needs

 Implementation of a service exchange platform

- Project framing (Definition of scope, coordination of project stakeholders, macro-planning, budget).

- Facilitation of functional specification workshops with the business and the supplier

- Monitoring progress of work with the software vendor
