LLM Ops & AI Integration (OpenAI / Anthropic): integration of AI models into internal workflows for automatic ticket classification, conversation summarization, and data extraction/structuring to improve sorting/prioritization and response quality. AI Content Pipelines: implementation of AI-assisted content generation pipelines (from brief to final content) to industrialize large-scale production and accelerate time-to-publish. CRM & Growth Automation: CRM automation (segmentation, scoring, follow-ups) + support for marketing teams on AI adoption (prompt engineering, GenAI best practices, workflows).

Web Data Pipelines (Python): development of Python scripts to automate the extraction, cleaning, and analysis of data from Google Search Console (exports), crawling (Screaming Frog), and logs, to drive indexing and performance. Log Analysis & Data Processing: parsing logs (NGINX) and SEO datasets, anomaly detection (errors, redirects, orphan pages), report generation, and data-driven prioritization of fixes.
