I am a highly experienced (20+ years) Service/Experience/Innovation Design professional with an academic research background. Based in Bristol, UK, I’m looking for new challenges and opportunities where my extensive industry experience and qualitative and quantitative research skills can drive measurably better outcomes.

I’ve worked on a huge variety of projects, ranging from traditional websites to e-learning, e-commerce, intranets, web apps, mobile apps, Internet of Things (IoT), and Service Design. My experience covers travel, retail, charity, supply chain, academia, telecoms, government and health.

I am, at heart, a problem solver, systems thinker and generalist, and I thrive working on projects with more specialist or technical subject matter.

I co-founded the Bristol Usability Group (which later became a CIC) in 2009 and, as part of this, co-organised the widely acclaimed UXBristol conference for more than 10 years.
