I worked at the intersection of media content and digital innovation. My role focused on three strategic pillars:

Web-App Design: Active participation in UX/UI brainstorming and functional workflow definition for the launch of a new web application.

Strategic Watch: In-depth technological and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and position the media against new digital uses.

Business Development: Implementation of phone outreach and direct prospecting actions to validate product-market fit and collect valuable user feedback.

Independently managing the company's administrative tasks, I ensured operational follow-up and client relations to guarantee the smooth running of projects and the financial health of the structure:

Commercial Management: Design and drafting of technical quotes tailored to client needs and business constraints.

Billing Follow-up: Issuing invoices, tracking payments, and implementing follow-up procedures to optimize cash flow.

Client Relations: Complete management of the client journey, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up, acting as an interface between the workshop and individuals/professionals.

Administrative Organization: Maintaining and updating client files and rigorous archiving of legal documents.

In this coordination role, I managed the operational and human aspects of the establishment, ensuring service quality and profitability optimization:

Team Management: Recruitment, training, and supervision of staff. Complex scheduling management (tight deadlines, events) to ensure constant team cohesion.

Event Management: End-to-end organization of themed events, from technical logistics to promotion, aiming to increase revenue and attendance.

Supply Chain & Inventory: Managing supplier relationships, negotiating prices, placing and receiving orders, and rigorous inventory control.

Operational Optimization: Analysis of daily performance and implementation of processes to streamline service during peak hours.
