I am Storm, a 21-year-old Full Stack Developer and BI specialist from Leiden. I am currently studying Computer Science (3rd year) at Leiden University of Applied Sciences and combining this with freelance assignments.

Over the past few years, I have gained broad technical experience. At RYA, a digital community bank in Curaçao, I worked for 1.5 years as a Full Stack Developer on banking software, including a KYC system for customer onboarding and a transaction-based reward system.

Additionally, I interned at Schneider Electric (Offsite Management department in Baarn), where I analyzed complex industrial data and built multiple Power BI dashboards for process monitoring in refineries.

Besides development, I also have strong UX experience: for the NPO/NTR, I developed a game component for the Podwalk app after extensive user research. I am currently designing a new interface for Blicksund's Crash Recovery System, used by the fire department.

For Blicksund, I am designing a new interface for the Crash Recovery System, a tool used by the fire department at traffic accidents to quickly look up vehicle information. My focus is on UX research: I conduct user tests and interviews with fire department personnel, translate findings into concrete design solutions, and iterate through brainstorming sessions and prototypes. The project is ongoing and continuously refined based on end-user feedback.
