I have worked on projects involving real technical constraints (production product, end-users, external integrations), in collaboration with product and business teams. My role includes designing new features, resolving complex technical issues, and continuously improving existing systems.

Accustomed to dynamic environments, I quickly adapt to various stacks and prefer a pragmatic approach: understand the need, propose a simple solution, deliver it effectively, and iterate over time.

Responsible for the design, development, and evolution of a complete software solution in a startup context, with strong constraints on reliability, performance, and user experience.

I am involved in the entire technical chain: backend architecture, API development, business logic, frontend integration, as well as issues closer to the product and hardware (interaction with specific devices, data stream management, application stability).

My role involves a high degree of autonomy and the ability to make quick technical decisions, while maintaining a pragmatic, delivery-oriented vision. I have worked on maintenance, optimization, progressive refactoring, and adding new features, in a constantly evolving environment.

This experience has allowed me to develop a very operational approach to software development: quickly understand challenges, propose simple and robust solutions, deliver effectively, and maintain usable code over time.

Involved in Level 3 technical support for critical, high-availability systems in an international financial and high-business stakes context.

Responsible for analyzing and resolving complex incidents, I worked directly with development, infrastructure, and product teams to identify root causes, propose lasting fixes, and improve overall platform stability.

My role included advanced diagnostics (log analysis, understanding application flows, backend investigation), as well as implementing temporary or permanent solutions to ensure service continuity. I also participated in improving support processes and technical documentation.

This experience has allowed me to develop a strong ability to intervene quickly on existing systems, understand complex architectures, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a demanding international environment.
