❖ Acceptance of works, drafting of minutes and end-of-works notices

❖ Coordination of works and management of site progress in compliance with schedule and budget

❖ Assistance with site management;

❖ Participation in commissioning tests;

❖ Drafting of commissioning reports and assembly minutes;

❖ Supplier consultations and administrative management;

❖ Participation in studies (technical specifications, supplier consultations).

❖ Assistance and preparation for the complete commissioning of a drinking water plant (monitoring, final assembly control, and equipment testing);

❖ Participation in installation adjustments (electromechanical, instrumentation, and process);

❖ Preparation of the operator training plan;

❖ Participation in automation and supervision tests;

❖ Concrete and operational review of the drinking water production plant installation (pumps, agitators, valves, instrumentation, measurement and analysis equipment, taps, control/command).
