Holder of a Master's degree in Computer Science, I have been developing software since the age of 11 and the passion has never left me. I started a professional developer career in 1995 and after a passage through the usual stages of project manager and team leader, I returned to my first love, the design and writing of software. I wish today to make available to my clients the knowledge I have acquired over these years in fields of activity as diverse as

After coding for many years in C#, I moved to angularjs in 2016 and then to angular. Angular is today my favorite technology.

For a client carrying out work at private homes, creation of a web module in html5, angularjs allowing the capture of photos/videos before/during/after work at the client's home via mobile or tablet.
This development is in native HTML5 and requires no plugins or installation.
Photos can be attached to a client, selected and sent by email, added to the favorites list, and shown to prospects within a carousel that serves as a portfolio.
This module is accessible with different rights depending on user profiles: Secretary, Salesperson, Technical Manager, Installer...

Interfacing Hubspot with the client's ERP

- Aspiration of Hubspot campaigns:

The interface allows my client to store all email campaigns with their content and the results of mailings by recipient on their server.
They thus maintain control over the knowledge surrounding their marketing actions.
The link established between campaigns and customer purchases allows them to know the number of sales generated by each campaign but also: revenue, average order value, revenue per euro spent and many other statistics with the connection of a BI tool.

- Bi-directional interfacing

This interface concerns all events that occurred in the customer relationship from Hubspot and from the ERP: emails exchanged, comments, visits, phone calls, deliveries, invoicing...
The marketing team using Hubspot knows the customer perfectly, and the sales representatives from their dedicated Intranet see all marketing actions undertaken with the customer.
For this purpose, we have created a timeline in the sales Intranet (see portfolio) which displays all customer relationship events chronologically.

These developments concern the client's Spanish and Benelux subsidiaries. They are accessible in French, Dutch, and Spanish.

Following the distribution of a questionnaire to employees of the 12 European subsidiaries, 3 sets of modifications were created concerning:
The ERP (C# / SQL SERVER)
The Intranet for sales representatives (C#, ASP.NET/SQL SERVER)
The Intranet for technical and installation teams (C#, ASP.NET/SQL SERVER)

Among the various developments, I would highlight:

- The creation of intelligent customer search with auto-completion. I created binary trees to ensure instant auto-completion in a customer database exceeding one million records.
- Adaptation of ASP.NET Intranet screens to make them usable on mobile devices: Lists, customer details, planning
- Addition of proactive features
- Digitization and storage of documents produced by the ERP
- Addition of new pages developed in angularjs to the Intranets
- The software is accessible in French, Dutch, Spanish, and Italian.
