For a language school, we developed an individual software solution forschool managementthat combines allorganizational, communicative, and commercial processesinto a central platform. The goal was to clearly map all relevant areas, from **course organization to marketing and controlling**, within one system and largely automate manual workflows.

The application allows for structured **management of participants, courses, and teaching units**, as well as the planning and execution of exams. Through a central dashboard, those responsible maintain an overview of all activities and key figures at all times.

Commercial processessuch asprice management, bookings, and evaluationsare also fully integrated. Marketing measures – for example, via connected newsletter systems – can be targeted and evaluated.

Furthermore, a flexiblerole and rights systemwas implemented, including individual access for participants. Administrative special cases, such asmanaging bookingsor updating access data, can be efficiently handled within the system.

The result is a holistic,scalable solutionthat connects all areas of school organization, creates transparency, and sustainably reduces administrative effort.

For a mail-order company, we developed acustomized CRM/ERP systemthat centrally maps and automates all business processes. The goal was to unify the existing system landscape and significantly reduce manual workflows.

The system bundles orders from various sales channels such as its own online shop and marketplaces and processes them automatically. From order creation and warehouse management to shipping, including tracking and returns management, all processes converge in one solution.

Particular focus was placed on the individual mapping of the customer's business logic. Existing processes were not adapted but specifically digitized and optimized. This eliminated media breaks and significantly reduced error sources.

Additionally, interfaces to payment providers, logistics service providers, and accounting were integrated, ensuring a continuous data flow without manual intermediate steps.

The result is a powerful, scalable system that makes daily operations significantly more efficient, reduces processing times, and creates the foundation for the company's further growth.
