I am a Motivologist!

I have two (complementary) hats:

1) In order to create compatible, harmonious and effectively functioning teams;

to manage conflicts and communication between team members;

or to choose the best person for a position,

I conduct behavioral analysis tests with the SERUM tool.

Unlike some other tools (equally fascinating), SERUM is a collective and not restrictive tool.

Indeed, it provides behavioral sliders rather than a typical profile. The results are shared with the team to understand each person's functioning and to adapt to their communication style in order to facilitate exchanges.

Once all assessments are done, I analyze your profiles and explain how to read the very comprehensive documents. (They notably show your stress management.)

We can create other documents to look at behavioral compatibility between two collaborators, potential friction points, team creation, or the choice of someone for a position.

It is therefore a very complete tool, useful when creating a team or when it is malfunctioning.

It allows for better relationships between team members: knowing each other, understanding each other, accepting each other, adapting to each other.

2) I also offer workshops in companies to improve the mood and harmony of teams.

Avoiding burnout, feeling useful and recognized, feeling serene and happy, both individually and as a group.

We work on emotion management, non-violent communication (to avoid conflicts), the importance of communication at work, cohesion, mutual aid, chosen good mood, and re-motivation with a return to the participants' contributions, skills, and preferences.

A little boost, games, a change of mindset, useful learning, both within the company and in one's life.
