With 19 years of experience in IT and IS projects, in various business areas and companies (National Health Insurance Fund, Orange, Wolseley, Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, HP), I take charge or support you throughout the life of your projects, from their initiation to their closure:

- Audit and mapping of your existing situation for an objective definition of your needs and opportunities

- Drafting of opportunity notes and specifications, management of calls for tenders

- Establishment, management and reporting of schedules, budget plan, risk management plan

- Drafting of specifications and test documents

- Management of implementation, acceptance tests, production and operation

- Support for change and user training

- Implementation of maintenance in operational condition (MCO)

- Project closure

12 years spent in the world of services and consulting (Altran, Orange Business Services) have developed my keen sense of service and customer relations, as well as a great adaptability to different business and technical environments.

7 years of experience at the Health Insurance have allowed me to:

- as a project director, lead projects to evolve and redesign the largest IS in Europe in a complex organization,

- then as an operational manager to manage the service (17 people) of production/operation of application versions of the IS and MCO.

I master project processes in V-cycle methodology (PMP certified) and agile methodology (Scrum).

I am interested in project management missions, as a project manager Maitrise d'Oeuvre or Maitrise d'Ouvrage, in methodological support or in AMOA of your project teams.

I work mostly remotely.

My daily rate is given as an indication and will be negotiable depending on the mission.
