Stephanie Rößler

I am an experienced payroll expert with a focus on national payroll, process optimization, and digitalization. In my role as a manager, I have built teams, supported audits, and successfully implemented various HR tools.

My projects included, among others, the implementation of audit and compliance structures, the simplification of complex salary models, and quality assurance in operational payroll. I work solution-oriented, structured, and with a strong understanding of the interfaces between HR, Finance, and IT.

I reliably support companies in transformation phases, in day-to-day business, or during short-term bottlenecks – whether operationally, strategically, or project-based.
