About Stéphanie

A psychologist by training and a Master's level university lecturer, I have spent over 25 years in HR development management roles within companies of all sizes – from SMEs to large corporations – in various sectors such as digital, consulting, construction, and industry.

I am convinced that organizations' ability to recruit, retain, engage, and perform sustainably relies on three pillars:
• A positive leadership, embodied at all levels of the organization,
• A learning culture, which stimulates autonomy, innovation, and cooperation,
• A purpose-driven management, capable of sustainably mobilizing teams around a common project.

My interventions are adapted to the maturity and challenges of each organization and take various forms:
Structuring and implementing the HR development function(diagnosis, roadmap, processes, tools),
Training and field support for managersto evolve managerial postures,

My approach is systemic, pragmatic, and deeply human. I believe that the success of a transformation relies not only on tools or processes but on the collective energy that we manage to reveal and structure over time.

I have managed the transformation of a company towards a learning organization model, with conferences and publications available online, and received a first Human Days award in the Future Organization category.
