- Stéphanie Augendre-MilletIndependent TrainerEDUCATION AND E-LEARNINGJune 2022 - Today (4 years and 2 months)In parallel with the development of my practice, I had the opportunity to pass on my know-how as a trainer in manual techniques (foot and hand reflexology, well-being massages) to future professionals in vocational training.Training adults in career change or specialization is a demanding and profoundly human exercise. It's not just about transmitting gestures: it's about supporting a transformation. Helping someone develop a presence, a quality of body listening, a gestural precision that isn't acquired from books but through conscious repetition and the benevolent gaze of an experienced peer.I also served as a thesis jury member, which led me to evaluate research work applied to naturopathy and manual therapies, a role that requires rigor, fairness, and the ability to recognize the uniqueness of each journey. These years of training have refined me as much as they have trained my students. They have reinforced my technical mastery, of course, but above all my conviction that transmission is at the heart of all true care: we can only accompany others if we have learned to look, listen, and let go of the need for control ourselves.
- Stéphanie MilletReflexologist-Naturopath-Yoga TeacherHEALTH AND WELLNESSOctober 2021 - Today (4 years and 10 months)For several years, I have been helping teams find a deep balance between their body, their energy, and their daily lives. Trained in foot and hand reflexology, naturopathy, and Kundalini and chair yoga, I have chosen to anchor my practice in both individual therapeutic space and the corporate world.Because I am convinced of one thing: health does not stop at the office doors. The chronic stress, accumulated fatigue, physical and mental tension that your employees experience daily have a human and economic cost that can no longer be ignored. And this cost can be reduced, concretely, with gentle, non-invasive, and scientifically recognized tools. It is in this spirit that I intervene in companies, as part of QWL (Quality of Work Life) initiatives: not to heal in the medical sense, but to prevent, rebalance, and give people back the resources they need to thrive, sustainably.
- Éducation nationalePrimary School TeacherEDUCATION AND E-LEARNINGSeptember 2018 - July 2021 (2 years and 10 months)Before dedicating myself fully to my practice in naturopathy and reflexology, I worked for several years as a primary school teacher. A foundational experience that profoundly shaped my way of being with others and understanding what happens in a group.Teaching is above all about observation. Learning to read a room, to sense when the energy is present or when something is stuck, to adapt one's speech and rhythm in real-time. It's also about maintaining a framework that is both benevolent and structured, a posture that I have naturally transferred to my well-being workshops and my interventions in companies. These years taught me patience, active listening, and the art of creating a space where everyone feels safe to express themselves. Skills that are invisible on paper but make all the difference when it comes to facilitating a stress management workshop, supporting a group in transition, or leading a conference raising awareness about workplace health. It is from this experience that I largely draw my ability to adapt to very different audiences and to make accessible topics that may seem complex.
