With over 20 years of experience serving numerous companies in various sectors, I have gained in-depth knowledge of the service industry and its operations, and am now embarking on a new professional adventure that I hope will be both demanding and stimulating.

With two colleagues, we are creating a new kind of service company. Convinced that the service sector was originally designed to value expertise, we have chosen to focus exclusively on complex, high-value-added missions.

My past experiences have allowed me to concretely measure the difference a client can perceive between integrating a junior profile and an expert. While all professional experiences have their place in the sector, at PeriScop, we bet that some clients are primarily looking for expertise.

Because they face critical challenges, because they lack time for training, or because they need employees who are immediately operational and fully committed to their projects.

In this new venture, I intend to leverage my years of experience in structuring activities, projects, and teams to support our future clients with efficiency, rigor, and commitment.

+ As Head of Operations for Kaizen's historical agency, I participate in defining the company's strategy and translate it operationally at the Grenoble agency level.

On a daily basis, responsible for meeting the objectives of the Grenoble entity, I ensure coordination between the recruitment team, the sales team, and the operational team. I lead managerial actions and client relations to develop the agency.

As Director of Production Operations and supporting junior project managers, I manage projects from pre-sales to post-production, including execution, while ensuring the expected quality levels, deadlines, and budgets allocated to the projects.
