After 15 years in investment firms, I decided to go freelance to advise on residential strategies and manage development projects with the mission of reconciling financial profitability, environmental urgency, and social impact.

The missions can be diverse, but they will be primarily tailor-made: corporate project management, real estate projects, occasional short or long-term assignments, in property and asset management.

Redefining a residential strategy, repositioning assets, assisting with an acquisition phase, challenging the business plan, setting up a residential fund, selecting the right management indicators, implementing innovative services and management, overseeing a block or unit sale strategy are examples of missions.

I have supplemented my experience with in-depth training on ecological and energy transition issues to bring CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) topics to an operational level. I participate in working groups to advance thinking within the entire sector and value chain. I am in charge of developing a social housing real estate company in cooperative form to create affordable housing that serves as a stepping stone to ownership.

Finally, I am passionate about architecture, decoration, and art, and I always strive to combine beauty with well-being and quality of life to make projects more relevant and therefore more efficient, regardless of the asset's quality.
