Creation and management of a team of 2 people, creation of performance monitoring tools. From September 2017 to March 2018: Reporting to the CEO, recruitment of 100 new talents following the acquisition of PSA and Richemont.

Management and training of a team of 10 Research Officers, supervision of their missions in permanent liaison with the 20 Parisian consultants. 200/250 recruitments in progress/year. Harmonization of research methods within the French-speaking offices.

Management and development of a client portfolio in the retail, banking, construction sectors... Approximately 20 recruitments/year. Management of recruitment assignments in middle and top management, all types of positions. Sourcing, direct approach, interviews, management of research officers and interns.
