Manage the entire operational structure of a scientific center of excellence and ensure its financial sustainability within a strict regulatory framework (ANR/PIA)

• - Modeling of multi-year budget projections and management of own resources (Investments for the Future), Creation of prospective dashboards combining administrative, financial data, and scientific indicators

• - Identification and setup of grant applications and search for additional funding to support research, Negotiation and drafting of partnership agreements

• - Full management of the payroll (recruitment, research contracts, career management in a complex environment)
