I intervene at two levels depending on the needs:

🔹 At the strategic level, as an outsourced RAF: implementation of dashboards, cash management, financial organization, process structuring, and decision-making support.

🔹 At the operational level, as a senior administrative assistant: administrative organization, accounting monitoring, coordination with the accounting firm, document management.
