About Stephanie

I am Stéphanie Cathelain, settled in Normandy for three years, I am 47 years old and have a rich background in HR, training, and coaching.

After studying accounting, I began my career in the agri-food industry, in the logistics and training departments. Quickly, the obvious became clear: I want to work in human resources.

At 33, I returned to my studies through a work-study program to become an HR Manager. I then joined an SME in the South, where I moved from HR Assistant to Financial and HR Manager.

Back in Normandy, I trained as an adult trainer. I work with future HR professionals, with the desire to pass on my experience and help others grow.

At the end of 2023, assisting a friend with burnout confirmed an intuition: helping people regain confidence by valuing their potential is at the heart of my calling. In 2024, I trained in skills assessment and created my company.
