Structure the product vision, frame the MVP, support the development and deployment of a new platform to accelerate and increase the quantity of harvested crops.

SaaS product for managing veterinary clinics.

Context:

Product covering appointment scheduling, consultation and medical record management, prescription editing (Public Health Code), billing (Commercial Code), stock management, and a pet owner portal (4 people).

Mission:

Lead product evolution in a complex and regulated business environment.

Interventions:

• functional design (user flow, wireframe) of new features in compliance with regulations

• backlog management and prioritization

• functional qualification and manual QA

• continuous product improvement

Participation in various software development projects, assistance with management, and agile coaching for development teams (8 people).

Participation in building the product vision for a SaaS data platform in collaboration with the CPO, managing the backlog, testing, and demonstrations for specific needs of the Ministry of Health and Prevention (15 people).
