I also carry out missions with your suppliers, if you have doubts about their financial health or to support them during financial difficulties, to reassure you about the sustainability of your relationships.

Reading financial statements is not always easy to understand, and discussions with the accountant often seem difficult (Gross Operating Margin? Value Added? EBITDA? Tax return?). Yet, these elements are important for growing your business. The financial management training I provide aims to give you the tools for budgetary control of your company, and allow you to be at ease during discussions with your accountant and your banker. They are covered by OPCOs, so at no cost to your organization. My teaching method adapts to all levels of knowledge.
