Generalist engineer by training, I have acquired solid expertise in aeronautical testing (aircraft or simulator) as well as in quality control on assembly lines.

Project management is an area I also acquired through internal PMO training and then used in my various activities.

Eager to develop my expertise in this field, I had the opportunity to lead a strategic project for a social housing organization. Directly reporting to the CEO, this project led the organization to adopt a new image in the Occitanie region and become a major housing partner (Revenue +10%, HR +40 people).

In 2019, I became Project Manager for a German company specializing in project management and supported the design office of the world's leading aeronautics company in the development of its future aircraft, the A320 XLR. I was also responsible for digitizing the flagship project management tool developed by my company as Product Owner (agile mode).

Managed schedules, costs (4 to 5 M€), risks, and communication for the following projects:
• MPP/ATM implementation of the Planisware E7 tool
• Assistance to the head of the delivery center department
• PKCR (collecting engineering expertise from all Airbus competence centers).

As part of Airbus's MPP/ATM (Multi Programs Projects / Air Traffic Management) project, my role was to manage various development projects in conjunction with the project managers (3M€). Additionally, I implemented the Planisware E7 tool within the department to provide a clear view of the progress of each project (Revenue 28M€).

Within the Airbus Delivery Center, I assisted the department head in the governance change.

As part of the PKCR (Product Knowledge Capitalization and Re-use) project by Airbus Central Entity, which aims to collect expertise from all Engineering competence centers, I joined the project's Core Team under Project Leader IZ.
I also provide technical and financial support (multi-million euro management across 4 countries) as well as project deployment.

Since January 1, 2017, Habitat Toulouse has changed its administrative body and become Toulouse Métropole Habitat. My role as a project officer continues in relation to various stakeholders (institutions, partners, clients, associations, ...).
