- Setting the deployment procedure: before and after Autopilot availability

- Deployment assistance in France and EMEA (total 97 rooms)

- Teams Pro Portal configuration: naming convention, room groups, support groups,

- Contribution to Intune configuration: RBAC.

- Contribution to the definition of RACI for the park's Run.

Ingenico Scope (September 2019/February 2023):

- Daily upgrade of the existing park of 125 rooms: Polycom GS and Cisco SX series

- Drafting and management of the tender for the renewal of the videoconferencing infrastructure.

- Implementation of Pexip Service solution as Microsoft Teams CVI via NTT.

- Implementation of OTJ on-premise and migration to OTJ Pexip service.

- Zoom account management – assistance with VIP Webinars.

- Start of the terminal park renewal towards Teams terminals (Suresnes site).

- Additional missions: videoconferencing support for international sites (all regions), license renewal, ordering new equipment, management of displays in front of meeting rooms (Sharing Cloud).

Worldline Scope (from September 2020):

- Definition of the Teams Room standard and Teams Room catalog: Lenovo NUC, Logitech and Poly A/V equipment.

- Drafting and management of the tender for videoconferencing rooms for the new Worldline headquarters: Tour Voltaire - La Défense.

- Monitoring the deployment of Teams Room rooms at the headquarters and international sites (total 165 rooms – September 2023).

- Creation of the Pexip Service tenant (Teams CVI) – 43 rooms via NTT.

- Zoom account management – assistance with VIP Webinars.

- Management of the group's Flex Office application: Coviflex.

- Additional missions: videoconferencing support for international sites (all regions), license renewal, management of related aspects for videoconferencing: Exchange accounts, Visio VLANs; management of displays in front of meeting rooms (Z#bre and Teams panel).

- Implementation of the Skype Room version 2 standard based on the HP Slice G2 solution using a Skype/Exchange On-premise infrastructure.

- Implementation of an internal streaming solution via the EasyBroadcast editor - Pexip used as an encoder via VMR or via a Skype meeting.

- Configuration of One Button to Push for Cisco terminals to join a Skype Meeting via Pexip/SynergySky.

- Webrtc POC based on a Pexip infrastructure in Azure to provide external access to Skype Meetings.

- Administration and configuration of the Pexip On-premise infrastructure: use of Pexip in fusion mode - generation of conferencing nodes (creation of locations) and management of the Management node (creation of routing rules)

- Migration of the Cisco infrastructure to the Pexip infrastructure

- Administration and configuration of the central Cisco videoconferencing infrastructure: VCS C/E - Conductor MSE/TPS - ISDN Gateway. Change management and major upgrades.

- Renewal of the videoconferencing Internet gateway based on Oracle SBC

- Permanent contact: Cisco TAC - MS TAC - External provider for Video support (BT/Spie) level 3 - Internal Skype and Telephony service
