IT Manager in a company working in the semiconductor field (200 people across several sites worldwide). Managing a team of 2 people as well as external providers, my role is to manage infrastructure, security, support, and annual budget investments. I also actively participated in the IT integration plan during the acquisition of the company by MERCK.

in a multi-site environment (4 Companies spread across France). I am responsible for managing the IT park (500 Dell workstations / 100 VMWare servers), LAN (Cisco) and WAN (MPLS, Internet, SSL VPN and IPSEC via Fortigate) networks, landline telephony (Autocom Alcatel) and DRP management (backup plan). I maintain the infrastructure during daily operations and through migration or update projects. I also perform packaging, software deployment, and OS migration using specific tools (Landesk) and user support.

Responsible for the installation / Support of PCs and software for a park of 2000 machines (France and Europe). Creation of scripts for PC customization, migration of the IT park from Windows 2000 to Windows XP and stock management.
