As a self-employed professional (freelancer) since 2009: I produce all types of building plans, for individual houses, commercial buildings, and public access buildings (ERP) for various clients, construction companies, architects, and private individuals. I assemble building permit files, DCE (Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises), DOE (Dossier des Ouvrages Exécutés), with the various plans: site plan, master plan, floor plans of different levels if applicable, sections AA, BB, ..., the different north, south, east, west facades, as well as the 3D project study and landscape integration. I also prepare the building permit application form and the integration notice. Subsequently, I create the execution plans for the construction phase.

- Development of plans for a building permit or declaration of works.

- Survey an existing building and model it on AUTOCAD for a future project.

- Model all kinds of buildings in 3D with very detailed specifications on SKETCHUP or other software.

- Photograph a building or a vacant lot and then make modifications for landscape integration or building transformation.

- Perform RT 2012 thermal calculations and obtain the certificate for the building permit (CYPECADMEP software).

- Construction of architectural models (houses, apartment buildings, industrial buildings).

- Calculate building surface areas and establish surface area tables.

- Good knowledge of computer tools.

- Programming of 3D buildings on the SKYSCRAPERSIM simulator.

Project study, design, and development of plans for the building permit application and administrative documents. Internship at the HEDAYATI HOSSEIN architecture firm, followed by several internships at this architecture firm, notably in 2007, 2008, 2009.

Internship and subsequently client work for missions as a freelance building drafter. Project study for the installation of accessibility lifts for people with reduced mobility. Execution plans for these lifts, including the position of call buttons, conduits for electrical wiring, and masonry plans for the installation of the elevator in the building. Subsequently, as a client, working as a freelance building drafter.
