Another of the most captivating experiences was undoubtedly the implementation, within extremely tight deadlines, of a distance learning system at the advent of the COVID pandemic in March 2020: transitioning from an in-person office training model at the Toulon-Provence-Méditerranée metropolis to a fully remote system, all in a very short period, represented a colossal challenge.

Faced with this situation, I designed an innovative system specifically adapted for trainees who had never experienced distance learning. This system aimed to individualize courses by integrating personalized learning paths, and it was a great success.

The first step was to select the appropriate training modules. In this case, they were short videos of 3 to 5 minutes covering various aspects of using Microsoft applications. Each half-day of training was then structured around a series of sequences including watching videos, one-on-one interviews with myself, and completing practical exercises.

Thanks to rigorous organization and close collaboration with the future trainees, who were enthusiastic about this system, this experience, which was initially an unforeseen challenge, turned into a true triumph.

After the TPM Metropolis, it was adapted for the CPAM of VAR.

The ISO9001 quality approach was adopted by the EAALAT (École d'application de l'Aviation Légère de l'Armée de Terre) to clearly visualize the organization and interaction between different functions, thus ensuring efficiency and safety and serving as a powerful internal and external communication tool.

It was in this context that I designed the training and understanding of process mapping to better explain everyone's activities. This was an essential step to ensure the success of the quality approach.

Following the defined success criteria, the process map was made easily decipherable and visible and was designed to be understood by all stakeholders. It was interactive and included the necessary information for effective use while remaining clear and concise, yet providing sufficient elements to describe existing processes.

These processes were developed through a participatory approach. This unique experience, confronted with operational challenges and aeronautical and military requirements, allowed for proposing changes and improvements to various working groups.

The implementation of this standard exceeded expectations, thus constituting an enriching and satisfying experience.

I would add that, on a human level, it was an adventure of great richness, both due to the diversity of the military personnel involved and the quality of our exchanges.

This is one of my best memories, given the complexity of the initial task.
