Hardware Engineer and Product Manager, I am involved in the entire product lifecycle, from strategy definition to industrialization. I design hardware architectures, manage projects, coordinate relations with suppliers, and oversee the transition from prototype to production in collaboration with partners in Europe and China. I lead multidisciplinary teams of 3 to 5 people covering electronics, embedded software, and mechanics.

Responsible for responding to tenders and managing product development projects. Definition of project architectures, collection and formalization of functional requirements (Product Requirements), writing specifications, and implementing the V-cycle in collaboration with electronics, mechanics, embedded software, certification, and purchasing teams. Management of budgets (human costs and NRE), schedule development, leading progress meetings, and technical coordination between clients and internal teams. Monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs) related to resources, deadlines, costs, and project progress to ensure quality and achievement of objectives.
