Define and manage the migration strategy for reference data from legacy to LMS software. Develop and maintain the migration timeline. Coordinate stakeholders regarding the legacy migration, especially the relationship with the publisher. Lead, facilitate, and organize the dedicated migration stream comprising 6 employees across 3 sites (Paris, Brussels, Chennai). Implement the monitoring and tracking tool for payment flows and reporting (C to B, B to C, and interbank) (MOZART) to support the migration of Crédit Agricole CIB and SA clients to a common flow acquisition tool. Customer support for billing discrepancies during the initial phase. Publish evolutions of the system on the collaborative platform for BNPP desks. Tools/Env: JIRA, MOZART (payment interface and all payment restitutions).

Manage client migration projects and user and client change management for the NATIXIS part during the implementation of the Multi-channel EDI Acquisition and Returns Platform (PARME) common to the BPCE group entities (NATIXIS, Banque Populaire, Caisse d'Epargne, and Palatine). Optimize the existing cash management offering. Analyze the existing payment flow offering (acquisition and returns) of Natixis Global Trade for the new group payment platform. Analyze the existing payment flow offering (acquisition and returns) of Natixis Global Trade for the new group payment platform. Specify the workflows for the selected payment flows of the new group payment platform. Develop functional testing for the selected payment and return flows. Manage functional testing for the selected payment and return flows. Analyze and scope change. Define the strategy and manage change management. Manage client cutover.
