My career has taught me to navigate between strategic and operational levels. I have led complex projects in Supply Chain, S&OP, and logistics, as well as broader transformations involving data, business AI, and change management. I have served on executive committees, collaborated with management committees, and led high-stakes missions in tense, growing, or changing environments.
In parallel, I chair and restructure a real estate agency, where I manage the P&L, develop the business, and structure the teams. This entrepreneurial experience enriches my strategic vision and my ability to make quick and effective operational decisions.
