'Authorizations' project: creation of a module for managing application (module) authorizations on the MyAccount/360RiskOp platform (specific development of 15 applications dedicated to operational risk management). International project (France, Romania – English required: document writing, committee meetings). Interventions and Contributions: • Audit of existing system: request management: processes, stakeholders, rights, tools, governance; • Analysis of functional requirements for authorization management (analysis of rights and their assignment in the '360 RiskOp MyAccount' platform, identification of specific management rules for rights/roles, analysis of assignment/provisioning processes, etc.); • Proposals and modeling of authorization management processes involving the group IAM solution (MyAccess – configured SailPoint) and the internal 'MyAccount' platform; • Identification of specific processes, treatments, and management rules related to RISK Business Lines; • Communication of IAM best practices throughout the request management process; • Identification and listing of technical-functional IAM requirements (authorization request management, new joiner, mobility, departure); • Mock-ups of screens and feature sequences; • Facilitation of study workshops with the Business Line (RISK) on functional requirements; • Facilitation of workshops with technical teams (Romania) for understanding technical-functional requirements; • Writing User Stories (Agile) for features; • Workshops for presenting tickets to technical teams; • Training on IAM processes and knowledge transfer to Business Analysts and developers (general + specific to the Authorizations project) France and Romania.

Full functional IAM AMOA consulting on fixed-price projects:

•Writing an IAM-IAG functional specification document (in English) for an RFP to select an IAG solution for the SUEZ group;

•Creation of an IAM, IAG, CIAM, PAM questionnaire for the vendor RFP;

•Writing the IAG consultation sheet for the vendor RFP;

•Writing an IAG specifications document for the vendor RFP.

•Analysis of the client's existing systems in three IAM-IAG expertise areas as part of the IAM-IAG maturity assessment (interviews and reports in French):

oCreation of an Excel document base for analyzing IAM-IAG documents to write an IAM-IAG maturity report;

oWriting the IAM maturity report (in French) based on the results obtained from document analysis/maturity estimation and interviews with client entities.

Intervention as a replacement for MOA during sick leave. Project support, project management, and functional referent responsible for monitoring digital identity projects within the Digital Services Directorate (SNUM) of the General Secretariat of the Ministry. Various projects for monitoring and functional evolution with in-depth analysis on topics related to identity management within the Ministry. Projects carried out in Agile / Sprints mode (10-week sprints):

• Gathering functional requirements;

• Monitoring the implementation of the AgentConnect FS project;

• Internal note for managing homonymy;

• Propagation of identity data across the IT system components with functional and technical dependencies and linkages;

• Integration of new user populations in bulk;

• Management of multiple user accounts in case of transfers;

• Creation of tools for ensuring the reliability of identity data across the various IT system repositories;
