Setup and operation of masternodes on various blockchains (Dash, PIVX, Horizen), including node installation, network configuration, wallet management, and availability optimization.

Continuous monitoring of the cloud infrastructure: performance monitoring, service availability, incident management, and server security enhancement (hardening, access, updates).

Analysis of masternode and staking profitability: reward tracking, ROI calculations, operational parameter optimization, and reporting.

Crypto security watch: configuration audits, wallet checks, risk prevention related to vulnerabilities, attacks, or bad practices.

Automation of staking and exchange processes via DeFi platforms, scripts, and monitoring tools to ensure operational reliability.

Collaboration with DevOps teams for the implementation of blockchain monitoring tools, dashboards, and continuous infrastructure improvement.

Administration and operational maintenance of the systems and network infrastructures of a local authority, ensuring the availability and security of the information system.

Management of Windows Server environments (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, WSUS) and Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS), as well as VMware virtualization infrastructures.

Proactive SI monitoring via PRTG, incident management, and performance optimization.

Backup and restore management with Veeam, implementation of recovery procedures (DRP/BCP).

Management of IT park migration projects (approx. 1,600 workstations) via WDS / MDT / PDQ, including deployment automation and user support.

As IT Security Manager, implementation of PSSI according to ISO 27001 standard, conducting security audits, remediation plans, and cybersecurity incident management.

Deployment of security measures: MFA, network segmentation, system hardening, and user awareness.

Close collaboration with the CIO, service providers, and business teams, in a public environment subject to strong requirements for compliance, service continuity, and security.
