Independent building drafter, holding a qualification as a building studies technician in project design and a qualification as a building and civil engineering site manager, with 3 years of experience in an architectural firm as an architect's assistant. I assist individuals and building professionals in producing accurate and usable plans, adapted to regulatory constraints.

My work is intentionally limited to the study and design phases, without site supervision duties.

I provide support and subcontracting services, particularly for:

• Site surveys with measurements,

• Existing condition surveys,

• Cleaning up plans from sketches or existing files,

• Producing usable plans for studies and administrative files,

• 3D modeling (SketchUp),

• Producing measurements and quantities from plans and surveys, mainly for finishing trades.

I work on projects for individual houses, extensions, and renovations, ensuring:

• Plans for building permits (PC),

• Prior declarations (DP),

• Adaptation to local urban planning rules,

• Clear and usable plans for municipal submissions.

With 3 years of full-time experience in an architectural firm, I have worked on various projects, from small to large scale, in both public and private markets, involved in all phases of design and execution.

Design Phase:

• Development of ESQ, APD, PRO, and DCE plans,

• Production of graphical documents (plans, sections, elevations, details),

• Conducting existing condition surveys, taking measurements, and cleaning up plans,

• Developing building permits,

• Drafting CCTP (secondary lots),

• Developing DPGF (secondary lots),

• Analyzing bids in public procurement,

• Developing technical and financial analysis tables,

• Querying contractors.

Construction Phase:

• Development of contract documents (AE, OS),

• Participation in site supervision,

• Drafting site meeting minutes,

• Coordination with various stakeholders,

• Processing contractor payment certificates,

• Establishing the final certificate of completion (DGD).
