Define the new organization of the IT technical and production team.

Manage teams and oversee operations and support activities until the new organization becomes autonomous.

Organize and structure the Technical Department with the aim of establishing an internal team that will supervise outsourced operational resources (IT outsourcing).

Define business processes and SLAs for the IT department and stores.

Take charge of implementing technical and infrastructure projects. Support the CIO in the company's transformation projects.

Regain control of existing IT contracts (hosting in particular) and implement a suitable governance model for the contracts.

Identify IT risks and launch an internal and external security audit campaign, including awareness training for users and the executive committee.

Define the cybersecurity roadmap, lead the priority remediation plan, and develop employee awareness.

09/2021 - Transition management of the Data Tech Team (scope: Database PO, Scheduler PO, Backup PO, storage, and external data flows). I defined and implemented roadmaps for the various areas, led the team, strengthened the requirements and management of various external services, and managed the team's budgets. In parallel, my mission also involved optimizing change management processes (CAB, eCAB, standard changes) linked to the existing ITSM tool (EasyVista). Transversally, and throughout my intervention, I supported the Operations Manager, responsible for the new Service Center, in taking on their role in its new dimension.

01/2021 - My first mission was to set up a "Results"-oriented Service Center by deploying an external partner team on-site. The scope concerned IT Supervision and Operations. Responsible for setting up this service center, I naturally managed the transition with the outgoing team, in-house, ensuring service continuity and enabling the continuation of the company's structuring projects, such as the migration to AWS Cloud. I also took charge of redefining the processes governing the operation of this new team and, in collaboration with the ITSM PO, their implementation in the tool.

IT Operations Manager and Project Director, member of the Extended Management Committee. Definition of the department's strategic plan in terms of technology, budget, and organization.

Responsible for managing application projects such as infrastructure and managed services outsourcing, store SI redesign, telecom operator change, and transition to IP telephony.

Also responsible for creating the Production team, IT security, and the technical and operational implementation of the Microsoft AX Dynamics ERP as part of the company's complete SI overhaul.

Responsible for defining and managing the IT Department budget, in conjunction with the CIO, CFO, and management control.
