My scope of intervention can cover daily operations up to strategic planning over 5 years, within companies of all sizes and structures (SMEs/Mid-sized family businesses, Business Units, Large International Groups).

I work in various fields such as aeronautics/defense, high-tech industry, construction, luxury goods, pharmaceuticals, and energy.

I draw on over 23 years of experience:

A first decade dedicated to building a professional/managerial/methodological/tools foundation within a large industrial group (Air France Industries).

A second part focused on Management and then Direction of Supply Chain/Purchasing/After-Sales Service departments in small to medium-sized companies, whether independent or integrated into larger groups, primarily in transformation and role creation contexts (Exail, Alfa Laval, Bergerat Monnoyeur-Caterpillar).

And since 2022, rich and varied transition management/project management/consulting missions for clients such as TotalEnergies, Louis Vuitton, Parker Meggit, as well as fine human-sized industrial SMEs/Mid-sized companies.
